MONDAY MYSTERY GUEST

TIME TO PUT ON YOUR THINKING CAPS
Hey Hounders,
Jack here with this week's MYSTERY GUEST. But first, here is the answer to last week's Bonus, Bonus Question:
What is the number of bricks that it took to complete the brick walk shown in this photograph?

Is that your final answer?

Well the correct answer is: ONE.

That's right. It only took ONE brick to complete the walk. We don't know how many bricks were used to construct the walk, but it only took ONE brick to complete the job.

Now for answers to last week's MYSTERY GUEST clues:

Clue 1. Here is a close-up photo of our MYSTERY GUEST:
A black cat's face
Clue 2. The MYSTERY GUEST would like the name of The Sir Douglas Quintet.
Sir Douglas Mawson was a famous Austrailian Antartic Explorer
Clue 3. The MYSTERY GUEST is always ahead of us Bumpass Hounds.
Where the Mystery Guest lives is always tomorrow compared to TBH's today
Clue 4. Always rocking at the Ayers with the misnamed Lt. Ulura of the Starship Enterprise.
Uluru (NOT LT Uhura), also referred to as Ayers Rock, is a large sandstone rock formation in the southern part of the Northern Territory, central Australia.
Clue 5. Home country is always trying to advance.
‘Advance Australia Fair’ is the national anthem of Australia.
Clue 6. Andrew Lloyd Webber had a good memory.
Memory is a keynote song in the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical "CATS."
Clue 7. Acts like the name of this roller coaster:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Bad_Wolf_(roller_coaster)
In The Three Little Pigs, the Big Bad Wolf said "I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house in." He was definitely a huffler.
Clue 8. Requires a bit of Petroselinum Pot to relax.
Petroselinum = Curled leaf parsley plant Parsley

Clue 9. Thought by many to be like the title of a 1976 movie starring Gregory Peck and Lee Remick.
"The Omen" (Black Cats are considered bad "omens" in many parts of the world.)

Clue 10. A lot like Mr. Mistoffelees.
A main character in the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical "Cats" being described as "Black from the ears to the tip of his tail"

Bonus: What is the MYSTERY GUEST's blogsite?
ANS: http://hufflemawson.blogspot.com/

That's right. The correct answer for last week's Mystery Guest is none other than the beautiful Huffle Mawson, Explorer Cat and honorary Siberian Husky.
We're pretty sure the Tracey and HUFFLE knew it was her from their response. Zim and the Army of 4 got it. Mr. Hendrix was correct. And Steve, Kat and Wilbur (The Washington Woos) were also correct. Other responses came from Khyra, Paco, Milo & Maya, Fred, Clive, Lucky Luke, Brodie and Ailsa. Thank you to everyone who left a response. We really appreciate your participation.

Today's Monday Mystery Guest is one of our followers. The MG's photo is up in the followers montage. So that narrows it down considerably.

This week's Mystery Guest (MG) Clues:
1. MG is a laborer with some french origins.

2. MG is all mixed up but a great assistant with a heart of golden.

3. Although MG's a doodle, he's not a yankee.

5. MG's probably seen the dish with the fish down on Grafton Street.

6. MG likes it when someone gives MG a bono.

7. Known to hang with Baile Átha Cliath.

8. MG likes you too.

9. MG's favorite color may be green.

10. MG can ride on an electric dart.

Bonus: What's the MG blog address?

OK. Just send me your answer or best guess, either in a comment to the blog post or email to bumpasshounds@hughes.net

STEP UP TO ADOPT A PET

If you can, please consider opening your home to a homeless animal, preferably a dog or cat or other domesticated animal; livestock does better on farms and wild animals do better in zoos and parks. Your local Humane Society or SPCA or Animal Shelter has a wide selection of could be, should be, pets looking for new homes. If you can't adopt, perhaps you can at least become a sponsor. We'll show you how to help out Almost Heaven Golden Retriever Rescue and Sanctuary (AHGRRS) on our blog page, but you can help out any organization of your choice, but please help; contribute or volunteer.

PLEASE HELP SPONSOR A SENIOR OR SPECIAL NEEDS GOLDEN

CAN'T ADOPT; BECOME AN ANGEL.
So many Senior and Special Needs Goldens do not find "forever homes". Many of these dogs have above average medical needs and costs, are maintained on "special" diets, or have other extraordinary needs. Your donations can be targeted towards a particular Senior or Special needs Golden Retriever. As a sponsor, you will receive updates about your "special" Golden, and will be mentioned in our quarterly newsletter as the dog's sponsor. We also accept Paypal donations. Please keep in mind that we are a non-profit organization and that your donation is fully tax-deductible. Please just write the Golden's name in the memo line of your check or Paypal submission when sponsoring a Golden Retriever.
