TERRIBLE TERRAIN TUESDAY

A TOUR WITH YOUR GUIDES

Hey Hounders,
It's Jubal, Sophie and Radar to show you around our beautiful Bumpass Estate Garden. Sophie shows you the antenna farm that allows us to have TV and almost high speed Internet. Radar uses his head to point out the big tree out by the swing. Jubal points out the grass growing in the driveway blue gravel imported from Beaverdam. Sophie shows the "lawn" bare spot out by the well head. And Radar shows y'all the well manicured grass alongside the driveway gravel.

MONDAY MYSTERY GUEST:
Here are the clues so far for this week's Monday Mystery Guest:
1.- The MG is from the Professor Marvel's old stomping ground.
2.- Something about the MG makes you think the MG was in the Army, but the MG is not.

Today's clue:
3.- The MG doesn't run on tracks, although you would think otherwise.

At least your garden is green! Mine was brown and dead for the longest time.

Thanks for the estate tour! As you know, it's pretty brown where we are too, except where planted. Thanks for your nice comments on my blog - a decade or so ago, Mom did a couple of 5ks at Alameda - nice AF base! And well within EZ driving distance to Napa! We were way west of Napa on Sunday - in the Dry Creek area to the west and north of Healdsburg. We were also in and around the Russian River area, which is still going thru expansion. Nice to hear your stories, but sad to hear about the tasting glasses - they don't seem to do that any more. They CHARGE one to taste now! And thanks to Boru for the great tip. We'll try to figure out the MG!

Tank woo fur the TT Tour!

It looks like a furry nice place to plant my paws!

Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
PeeEssWoo: There is a centralised dumpster fur the poo bags to be 'deposited' as you leave the parking area - it is just a bit away from evFURRything - it really is a nice set up but sadly too many humans don't pikhk up - part of it is bekhause they aren't always watching us when we do 'it'

You have a nice yard. I have some yard to play in, but a lot of it is turning yellow for some reason.

I don't see why your yard its trashy. At least it has some green! We agree with Huffle on that.

STEP UP TO ADOPT A PET

If you can, please consider opening your home to a homeless animal, preferably a dog or cat or other domesticated animal; livestock does better on farms and wild animals do better in zoos and parks. Your local Humane Society or SPCA or Animal Shelter has a wide selection of could be, should be, pets looking for new homes. If you can't adopt, perhaps you can at least become a sponsor. We'll show you how to help out Almost Heaven Golden Retriever Rescue and Sanctuary (AHGRRS) on our blog page, but you can help out any organization of your choice, but please help; contribute or volunteer.

PLEASE HELP SPONSOR A SENIOR OR SPECIAL NEEDS GOLDEN

CAN'T ADOPT; BECOME AN ANGEL.
So many Senior and Special Needs Goldens do not find "forever homes". Many of these dogs have above average medical needs and costs, are maintained on "special" diets, or have other extraordinary needs. Your donations can be targeted towards a particular Senior or Special needs Golden Retriever. As a sponsor, you will receive updates about your "special" Golden, and will be mentioned in our quarterly newsletter as the dog's sponsor. We also accept Paypal donations. Please keep in mind that we are a non-profit organization and that your donation is fully tax-deductible. Please just write the Golden's name in the memo line of your check or Paypal submission when sponsoring a Golden Retriever.
